Case Dismissed!

Judicial Success - The Ninth Circuit Court has dismissed another class action law suit against WHI on the grounds that the plaintiffs failed to prove causation!! In the spirit of generosity that often accompanies such wonderful news, we would like to wish these unfortunate plaintiffs all the best with what little time they have left. And, as usual, "Mazel tof" to our entire legal department for another job well done.
